Newest JayRay Clients Come From the 253

Projects play to agency’s strengths in branding, strategic planning, stakeholder communications

While four of JayRay’s newest clients are geographically close, the projects span the range of the agency’s expertise in branding, strategic planning and stakeholder communications.

JayRay is partnering with South Sound Together to develop an overarching brand shared by the region. South Sound Together is a group of 24 business partners working to promote and improve Tacoma and the surrounding communities. They plan to use research, resources and financial investment from the partners to support projects that make the South Sound a better place to work and live.

Tacoma Symphony Orchestra, enjoying a successful second season featuring music director Sarah Ioannides, has updated its strategic plan and is now seeking to refresh the organization’s brand. JayRay will lead the branding work, supported by University of Puget Sound students who are conducting research to inform the effort.

The University of Washington Tacoma campus marked its 25th anniversary by launching a strategic planning process for the future. JayRay is co-facilitating the planning and engagement process with a steering committee of 30 representatives from the UWT campus and the community.

The Carol Milgard Breast Center called on JayRay to communicate its transition to the Epic electronic health records platform. The communication plan includes strategic messages for various stakeholders to help ensure a smooth transition for staff and patients.
