Holiday Dating Site Promo Wins Best of Show
A mock dating website wrapped as a holiday greeting card earned JayRay “Best of Show” honors and a Gold award from the Summit Creative Awards.
JayRay also won a Silver award for its comprehensive branding package for Courage360.
The agency’s holiday card was an entire campaign that integrated social media, a website and direct mail. Visitors to www.merry.singles were introduced to four seasonal dating profiles and were invited to vote for their favorite character via a Facebook page.
During the four-week campaign, 172 total votes were cast for Doug Fur, Ru Dolph, Candi Cane and Holly Day. Everyone who voted was entered into a random drawing for a $50 Visa gift card. JayRay also made a donation to four charities associated with the cheery singles.
For Courage360, JayRay led a successful rebranding effort that included a strategic name change, collateral, new logo and a responsive website. The result was more homepage traffic, larger crowds at donor events and newly gained interest from the media.
The Summit Creative Awards attracts entries from more than a dozen countries. The competition is conducted by the Summit International Awards organization.
