Rebranding and ad campaign projects earn 5 awards

The Communicator Awards has recognized JayRay’s strategic success in print and integrated marketing, presenting the agency with five awards for its work for Courage360 and Providence Medical Group.

A strategic name change and successful rebrand helped JayRay land four awards for Courage360. As one of the best-kept secrets in the region, Washington Women’s Employment and Education came to JayRay for a brand refresh. JayRay led a rebranding effort that included a new name, collateral, new logo and a responsive website. The result was more homepage traffic, larger crowds at donor events and newly gained interest from the media. The Communicator Awards honored JayRay with the gold award of excellence for Courage360’s business card, and silver awards of distinction for the logo, brand style guide and letterhead and envelope.

Providence Medical Group had adopted a new tagline, and JayRay’s campaign leveraging the message won a silver award of distinction. The integrated campaign of digital, print and television advertising clearly told the story about physicians who listen, pay attention to details and are committed. It’s not health care, it’s how we care is now more than a tagline. It’s a campaign that has brought more patients in the door and kept the new patient phone line ringing.

The Communicator Awards are presented by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts. As one of the largest and most competitive awards programs for communications professionals, the awards had more than 6,000 entries from around the world and were judged by 600+ leading professionals in visual arts.
