JayRay builds strategy to stimulate affordable housing in Washington state

Creativity with a purpose and plan. Expertise in branding nonprofit organizations. Passion mixed with strategic thinking.

That’s what led the Washington State Housing Finance Commission to select JayRay from a highly competitive bid process for a three-year contract. JayRay, a Tacoma strategic communication consultancy, will provide branding, graphic design, copywriting and video services.

“JayRay has an impressive track record of results and brings smart, creative thinking to nonprofit and government organizations like ours. We are very excited to work with the JayRay team,” says Margret Graham, WSHFC communications manager.

The Commission has opened the doors to affordable housing for more than 307,000 Washington state residents since 1983 through home loans and the financing of rental housing. More recently, WSHFC has helped finance facilities for nonprofits, helped farmers buy land and equipment, and worked to create a greener future through sustainable energy.
