Visual Communicator and Locavore Baeth Joins JayRay

Nearly a decade of design and marketing communication experience comes to JayRay with new advisor Bridget Baeth.

Baeth will work with the JayRay team for new business development. She will also advise clients on branding, marketing and communication strategies.

“Bridget is a bright and creative addition to the team,” said Kathleen Deakins, JayRay president. “Her professional history shows she knows how to design brand experiences and marketing communication strategies that move the needle.”

Before joining JayRay Baeth’s work for the Tacoma Regional Convention + Visitor Bureau (TRCVB) helped put Pierce County on the map—online, around town and across the globe. For more than five years she managed marketing communications at the TRCVB. She developed advertising campaigns and created interactive materials promoting tourism in the region.

As the Director of Marketing and Communication, Baeth led the TRCVB through a re-brand of Pierce County. She conducted research, crafted messages and designed a brand identity positioning the region as destination to fearlessly explore.

Prior to the TRCVB, Baeth was a production designer at Scout Media (Fox Sports) and a Marketing Assistant at Tacoma Community College.

Baeth earned a bachelor of arts in communication and a minor in printing and publishing art from Pacific Lutheran University. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, South Sound Chapter.

In her free time, Bridget enjoys exploring local bakeries, breweries and restaurants with her family.
